1. The company reserves the right to change the Posting Policy without prior notice to users.
2. Items deemed illegal by the government or government agencies for sale in the Islands are also prohibited on Caribbean Connections.
3. Certain industries, such as the sale of animals, are restricted based on local legislation and lobby groups. Only licensed breeders can post animal sale adverts.
4. There are restrictions on the volume of adverts any single account can place within specific timeframes. The POST AD Function button may be disabled if a user posts a large volume of adverts in a short period.
5. Private Sellers are allowed to post a maximum of 5 adverts per day.
6.  Users needing to post more adverts than allowed should contact Caribbean Connections.
7. The policy is applied variably across the site based on different parameters such as category, account holder, user feedback, etc.
8. Users are encouraged to frequently review the Terms & Conditions of the website as they can change without prior notice.
9. Posting policies may differ between private and commercial sellers.
10. Caribbean Connections reserves the right to amend posting policies as deemed necessary.
11. Posting permissions may be restricted based on various parameters including geographical and chronological considerations.
