Revised Terms & Conditions Effective as of 1st of May 2024

AGREEMENT

This Agreement outlines the Standard Terms and Conditions for the use of the Caribbean Connections site. By utilizing the Caribbean Connections services, you indicate your acceptance of these Terms of Service. Caribbean Connections, owned and operated by Caribbean Connections Ltd, applies these terms uniformly.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Users are required to acquaint themselves with the Terms of Service and adhere to them when utilizing the site’s services, benefits, or offerings. Caribbean Connections caters to private individuals and commercial partners. Companies or entities acting in a commercial capacity may be contacted to become commercial partners or risk removal from the platform.

MEMBER CONDUCT

Users agree to comply with all relevant local, national, and international laws and regulations while using our service. They also agree not to post ads related to adult services or containing adult content, as well as refrain from posting slanderous or derogatory content. Classified ads violating these terms will be promptly removed, and accounts closed without refund.

SERVICE

Caribbean Connections retains the right to remove listings or advertisements at its discretion. However, it does not assume responsibility for monitoring all listings and advertisements.

MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY

Services are only accessible to individuals capable of forming legally binding contracts and minors under parental or legal guardian supervision. By using the site, users confirm they are at least eighteen (18) years old. Accounts and User IDs are non-transferable. Users are granted a license to use personally identifiable information obtained through the site solely for Caribbean Connections-related communication or transaction purposes. Misrepresentation of information may result in the termination of site access.

PAYMENT FOR PURCHASES BETWEEN BUYERS AND SELLERS

Payments are made directly between consumers and sellers; Caribbean Connections is not involved in payment transactions. Parties must agree on pricing and payment terms prior to finalizing transactions.

RELEASE

Caribbean Connections is not involved in transactions and cannot guarantee their completion. Users release Caribbean Connections from any claims or damages arising from disputes with other users.

CONTENTS OF MESSAGES

Users are responsible for message content and agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes or to send objectionable material.

ACCOUNT AND PASSWORD

Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and must promptly report unauthorized account use.

REGISTRATION

Registrants confirm ownership of goods/services offered for sale. Misrepresentation may result in legal action.

LINKS

Caribbean Connections is not responsible for linked site content or operation.

UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE

Users warrant they will not use the site for unlawful purposes.

DATA USAGE

Data usage for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted unless otherwise agreed. Unauthorized data collection is prohibited.

COMMERCIAL ENTERPRISES

Caribbean Connections reserves the right to remove non-official partner ads that may provide unfair advantages.

RIGHTS GRANTED TO CARIBBEAN CONNECTIONS

Users grant Caribbean Connections rights to use, modify, and distribute communications posted on the site.

RELATIONSHIP OF THE PARTIES

This Agreement does not create any agency, legal representative, or partnership between parties.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES/LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Caribbean Connections provides services on an “as is” basis and disclaims all warranties. It is not liable for damages resulting from service use.
